Duration: 06 months/ Depending on company performance internship period could be reduced or revoked to offer full time roles.

Stipend: Unpaid Internship/ commission based incentives on sales recorded for company.

Profile Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and passionate HR Intern to join our team, to learn & focus on Recruitment & Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking).
  • Screen resumes and applications and update our applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the interview process, providing support to interviewers and gathering feedback.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support the development and distribution of employee surveys and gather feedback.
  • Help manage internal communication platforms and create engaging content for employees.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of recognition programs and other employee engagement activities.

Onboarding:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding materials and activities for new hires.
  • Support new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Assist with the administration of onboarding tasks, such as background checks and documentation collection.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate or above.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
