Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment industry, with a specific emphasis on the Indian market.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate with the leadership team to create innovative approaches for market penetration and client acquisition.

Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ recruitment needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that align with their business objectives.

Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Analyze and report on market conditions, providing insights to shape the company’s sales approach.

Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate or above.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
